Terms & Conditions & Club Guidelines
Welcome to Court Mates! We are here to play volleyball, meet people, improve our skills, and have fun. To keep our sessions organized and fair, all members are expected to follow these guidelines.
1. RECLUB & RSVP
* Reclub is our official platform for schedules, RSVPs, attendance, and team assignments.
* RSVP = Commitment. Only RSVP if you intend to attend.
* If you can no longer attend, cancel your RSVP as early as possible.
* Once the session is full, additional players will be placed on the waitlist.
2. REGULAR PLAYERS & PLUS-ONES
* Regular members have priority slots.
* Members may bring a plus-one/guest, subject to available slots.
* Guests must be registered and are expected to follow the same club rules.
* When capacity is reached, regular members have priority over guests.
3. PAYMENTS
* Players are responsible for paying their share of the session expenses.
* Late cancellations or no-shows may still be required to pay their committed share.
* Unpaid balances may affect future RSVP privileges.
4. BE ON TIME ⏰
* Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start.
* Late players may have to wait for the next rotation/game before joining.
* Repeated lateness may result in reduced RSVP priority.
5. FAIR TEAM SHUFFLING 🏐
* Teams will be arranged by the organizers to keep games balanced and competitive.
* Team assignments may consider skill level, position, experience, and player availability.
* Teams may be shuffled regularly so everyone gets to play with different members.
* No player is guaranteed a specific team or lineup.
6. RESPECT & SPORTSMANSHIP
Treat everyone with respect. No:
* Bullying or harassment
* Discrimination
* Fighting or threats
* Excessive trash talking
* Deliberately dangerous play
* Personal attacks or public shaming
Compete hard, but respect your mates.
7. SAFETY
* Warm up before playing and use appropriate sports equipment.
* Inform the organizers of any injury.
* Stop playing if you are injured or feel unable to safely continue.
* Follow the rules of the venue.
8. CLUB COMMUNITY
Court Mates is a community, not just a volleyball session. Help create an environment where new and experienced players feel welcome.
Concerns or conflicts should be raised privately with the organizers rather than creating unnecessary drama in the group chat.
9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By joining and participating in Court Mates, you agree to follow these guidelines and help maintain a fair, organized, safe, and enjoyable volleyball community.
