📌 QUEUING & RESERVATION GUIDELINES
To keep our weekly games organized, fair, and enjoyable for everyone, please take note of the following:
💰 FIRST-TIME JOINERS
• A ₱150 reservation fee is required for first-time joiners.
- The reservation fee is non-refundable and will serve as confirmation of your slot.
- The amount paid will be deducted on the total amount set for the queueing day.
⚠️ PENALTY: ₱150
A ₱150 penalty will apply for:
• Cancellation after 11:00 AM on the queuing day
• No-show without prior notice
📲 PAYMENT
GCash: Kel or Tin
Please refer to the posted QR code.
* For cancellations, please inform the organizers as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else.
* Failure to settle any applicable fee will result to ineligibilty in joining future queuing sessions, until the balance is settled.
📅 GAME DETAILS
• When: Every Thursday | 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Where: Mega Smasher – Visayas Ave.
• Courts: 2 Badminton Courts
🏸 COMMUNITY RULES
• Please be respectful and considerate toward all players, regardless of skill level.
• Keep the games friendly and inclusive.
• Please arrive on time and be ready to play when your name is called.
• After each game, return the used shuttlecocks to the organizer and declare match results.
• Follow the queuing system and respect everyone’s turn.
• Help keep the courts and surrounding areas clean.
• Most importantly, let’s have fun and enjoy the game.
Our goal is to build a friendly badminton community where everyone can play, improve their skills, meet new people, and unwind after work. 🏸✨
