🏓 HOW TO JOIN OUR OPEN PLAY
① Join the Capital Dink Club
Click Join Club and become part of our community.
② Request to join an Open Play
Choose the schedule you’d like to play and send your request.
③ Wait for your status to change
Please wait until your status moves from REQUESTED → WAITLISTED before making any payment.
④ Make your payment & upload your receipt
Once you’re WAITLISTED, you may proceed with payment and upload your proof of payment.
⑤ Indicate the name on the receipt
Please indicate the name used on the GCash receipt so we can easily match and verify your payment.
⑥ Wait for confirmation
Once your payment is verified, you’ll be moved to the CONFIRMED list. 🎉 Your slot is secured!

Our Open Play has 4 courts, with a 1:10 player-to-court ratio
📢A FEW REMINDERS
• Please DO NOT PAY while your status is still REQUESTED.
• GCash payments only.
• Pay before you play.
• Players who complete their payment first will be given priority.
• Please do not pay if the scheduled Open Play is already FULL.
• Strictly no walk-ins.
• Please use your own photo so we can easily identify you.

Once your payment is received and verified, your slot is officially secured and reserved just for you! 💯
To keep our Open Play organized and give everyone a fair chance to play, please take note of the following:
💳 Payments are non-refundable.
🔄 Need to cancel? No worries! Your payment may be transferred to your next Open Play as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before the session.
⏰ No cancellations within 24 hours. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will mean forfeiture of the slot and payment, and the payment will no longer be transferable.
⚠️If something comes up, please let us know as early as possible. This allows us to offer your slot to another player who may be waiting to join.
