> Wear comfortable shoes.
> Stay hydrated—bring your own water.
> No payment = No play.
> No check-in = No queue.
> Late arrivals & no-shows are non-refundable.
> Partner requests? Inform the admin before queuing.
> Paddles for rent are available for Php50 each. We only have 3 available so reserve as early as possible
> Reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
> Cancellations within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable. This allows us to offer the slot to players on the waitlist.
> Walk-ins are welcome if slots are available. Pre-booked players are priority.
