Class descriptions:
* Vinyasa class
Athletic and aerobic practice, focus on dynamic movement and continuous flow. These classes are designed to help you achieve a perfect balance of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and ready to take on the challenges of daily life with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose.
* Chill Yoga
This is a class you never knew you needed. Through long-held, restorative poses, you'll relieve hard-worked muscles, take a break from the daily hustle, and enjoy an hour to simply “chill”.
