Hi everyone!

Come practice with our yoga community! It’s a total package of mind and body exercise that can help everything from mood and emotions to muscle tone, endurance and strength.

We ensure that it’s a safe and inclusive space for all the students to explore their transformative practice.

Class descriptions:
* Vinyasa class
Athletic and aerobic practice, focus on dynamic movement and continuous flow. These classes are designed to help you achieve a perfect balance of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, centered, and ready to take on the challenges of daily life with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose.

* Chill Yoga
This is a class you never knew you needed. Through long-held, restorative poses, you'll relieve hard-worked muscles, take a break from the daily hustle, and enjoy an hour to simply “chill”.
