🔒 CLUB IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT
For the safety and identification of our players and to help facilitate entry with Greenhills West security, all members and players must have:
• FULL NAME on their Reclub profile
• Clear, recent face photo on their Reclub profile
Your profile information should accurately identify you as the person attending the club and its meets.
Incomplete or unidentifiable profiles will NOT be approved.
🎾 HOW OUR MEETS WORK
1. Request to Join / Request a Slot
Requesting to join the club or a meet does not automatically confirm your participation.
2. Waitlisted First
Players will initially be placed on the WAITLIST while requests are reviewed and slots are managed.
3. Payment = Confirmed
Once you are approved and placed on the waitlist, you may proceed with payment. Your slot becomes confirmed once payment is received.
4. No Payment = No Confirmed Slot
Unpaid slots may be released to other players when necessary.

Once payment has been made, slots are non-refundable.
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your slot to another person. Please inform the organizers in advance and provide the replacement player’s full name and Reclub profile for identification and Greenhills West security purposes.
The replacement player must comply with all club requirements before being allowed to play.
