OPEN PLAY GUIDELINES
Hinirang Open Plays are for players who enjoy competitive, quality games in a friendly and respectful community setting.
Please make sure you meet the indicated 3+ DUPR / comparable playing level before joining an Open Play.
1. SIGN-UP & PAYMENT
Step 1 — Choose Your Schedule
Select your preferred Hinirang Open Play schedule on Reclub.
Step 2 — Request to Join
Tap “Request to Join” and wait for your slot to be confirmed.
Step 3 — Complete Your Payment
Once your slot is confirmed, send your payment via GCash:

Step 4 — Upload Proof of Payment
Upload your proof of payment in the Reclub chat.
Please include:
Your full name
Name/s of your +1, if applicable
IMPORTANT: A confirmed slot is considered secured only after payment has been received and proof of payment has been uploaded.
Unpaid players may be removed from the confirmed list to give waitlisted players an opportunity to join.
We encourage everyone to settle payment as soon as possible after confirmation.
2. PLAYER LEVEL
Hinirang Pickleball Club is a 3+ DUPR community focused on maintaining balanced, competitive, and quality games.
Players joining our Open Plays are expected to:
Have an established 3.0+ DUPR or comparable intermediate playing level
Be comfortable participating in competitive open-play rotations
Be able to maintain appropriate pace, consistency, and court awareness for the group
Please register responsibly according to your current playing level. This helps us maintain quality and evenly matched games for everyone.
3. PAYMENT POLICY
NO PAY, NO PLAY
Slots must be paid within the required payment period to remain confirmed.
NO SHOW, NO REFUND
All payments are non-refundable, including no-shows.
PAYMENT DEADLINE
Payment must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled play.
TRANSFER OF SLOT
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer or sell your slot to another qualified 3+ DUPR player, subject to:
Organizer approval
The replacement player's qualification
Proper updating of the player list
4. OPEN PLAY ETIQUETTE
Hinirang is built around quality games, competitive spirit, and respect for fellow players.
All players are expected to:
Practice good sportsmanship
Respect court rotations and game schedules
Make fair and honest line calls
Avoid unnecessary arguments or confrontations
Respect fellow players, organizers, and venue staff
Help maintain a welcoming but competitive playing environment
COMPETE HARD. RESPECT EVERYONE. ENJOY THE GAME.
5. DISCLAIMER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By participating in any Hinirang Pickleball Club activity or Open Play, participants acknowledge that pickleball and other physical activities involve inherent risks, including the possibility of injury or accident.
All players participate voluntarily and at their own risk and are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and ability to participate safely.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hinirang Pickleball Club, its organizers, coordinators, staff, volunteers, and the venue shall not be held responsible for injuries, accidents, medical conditions, or other incidents that may occur before, during, or after the activity.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
Hinirang Pickleball Club, its organizers, and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
By joining and participating in the event, participants acknowledge and accept these conditions.
