Grass Volleyball (and occasionally sand) Sundays in Pleasant Hill.
Usually at Pleasant Hill Park, 147 Gregory Ln, Pleasant Hill. Start as early as 1:00 pm or make arrangements to start earlier and stay as late as 5:00pm or make arrangements to stay later.
Learn to set up and play. Nets and balls available. Feel free to bring your own.
Learn fastest way to get better. This VBX volleyball system lead to championships this past season. The concept is simple: Touch the ball more by playing doubles and get to real time play as fast as possible.
