Kitchen Grounds Pickleball Club is built for players who enjoy quality, competitive, and well-organized games.
We aim to create a playing environment where players can challenge themselves, improve their game, and enjoy competitive rallies with players of a similar level.
To maintain a better playing experience, we intentionally keep our player capacity balanced and avoid overcrowding the courts. Quality of play comes first.
OPEN PLAY RULES
1. NO WALK-INS WHEN FULL
Strictly no walk-ins once the scheduled Open Play is full on Reclub. Please secure your slot through the registration system.
2. WAITLISTED = DO NOT PAY
If you are on the waitlist, please do not send payment. Only make payment once your slot has been confirmed.
3. PAYMENT DEADLINE: 10:00 AM
Payment must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of the scheduled Open Play.
If payment is not received by the deadline, your slot may be released and offered to the next player on the waitlist.
4. WAITLIST PROCESS
When a slot becomes available, we will contact players according to their position on the waitlist. Please respond promptly so we can keep the session organized.
5. BE ON TIME
Please arrive before your scheduled Open Play. Late arrivals may affect court rotations and the experience of other players.
6. PLAY SAFE
Please warm up properly, play within your physical limits, and be mindful of players around you. Safety should always come first.
7. PLAYER RESPONSIBILITY
Pickleball is a physical sport and involves inherent risks. Kitchen Grounds Pickleball Club, its organizers, and the venue are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss/damage to personal belongings. Players participate at their own risk.
8. RESPECT THE GAME & THE COMMUNITY
Keep the games competitive but respectful. No unnecessary arguments, aggressive behavior, or actions that negatively affect other players.
9. FOLLOW COURT ROTATION
Please follow the designated rotation and organizer instructions. This helps ensure fair and efficient playing time for everyone.
