Menawan FC was founded in February 2014 as a dream between two college mates to express their passion and love for the sport. As a social football club, it involves networking, staying fit, and having fun simultaneously.
It has more than 70 active members from varied cultures and career backgrounds who regularly meet and play together in their Sunday league. However, over time, the club metamorphs into something more than just a Sunday league club. It becomes a family.
The club's motto is "Clamor Aerit Aemula", which means "the tears of our rival". So, this team is so fanatic about smashing their opponents and drinking their tears. These people are not messing up.
