MOB @ Melawati Old Boys
We are more than just a sports group; it is a group of ex schoolmates built on the foundations of healthy competition, and the unique spirit of the Melawati Old Boys. Originally formed by a group of schoolmates (Sekolah Menengah Taman Melawati; batch 1999) and some long-time residents of Melawati has evolved into the premier gathering spot for "seasoned" pickleball players who aren't quite ready to give up on their love for the sports.
What We’re About
We believe that age is just a number, but a well-placed dink is a work of art. Our group focuses on:
• Active Longevity: Keeping the knees moving and the heart rate up in a low-impact, high-fun environment.
• The "Old Boys" Spirit: While we welcome all skill levels, we pride ourselves on the camaraderie, banter, and post-game "makan" sessions that define our culture.
• Strategic Play: We might not outrun the youngsters, but we’ll certainly outsmart them with placement and patience.
