Welcome to OFFCOURT® — a pickleball social club built for good games, new faces, and a community that keeps you coming back.
Whether you're here to play, learn, or simply meet people on the court, everyone is welcome. Just bring your paddle, your game face, and good energy.
✦ THE SESSION
Wednesday, Thursdays, Saturday & Sundays
✦ HOW TO JOIN
1. Submit your request to join.
2. Wait for your status to be WAITLISTED.
3. Once waitlisted, proceed with payment.
4. Send your payment receipt in the Meet Chat for verification.
5. Your slot is confirmed once payment has been verified.
QR code is available in the Meet Chat.
Please DO NOT send payment while your status is still REQUESTED.
First-to-pay basis once waitlisted.
No walk-ins and no payments once the session is marked FULL.

PickleQ will be used as our queueing and rotation system to keep games moving and give everyone a fair chance to play with different people.
• No lock in!
• Games are race to 11 ONLY
• Dinkpro.App determines the next players
• Keep warm-ups short so everyone gets more playing time
The goal: play more, rotate fairly, meet people, and keep the games moving.

Please help us keep OFFCOURT® a fun space for everyone.
• Respect your fellow players, organizers, and venue staff
• Be welcoming to new players
• No court hogging
• No queue skipping
• No selective exclusion of players
• Keep the games moving
• Call your own lines honestly
• Practice good sportsmanship
• Return balls and equipment after use
• Clean up after yourself

✦ CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you can no longer attend, your slot may be transferred to another player with organizer approval.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
If you need to cancel, please inform us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone on the waitlist.
Only the registered player may play.
No unauthorized substitutions.
