GroundUp by P&F is a player development community under P&F RallyGround dedicated to helping Advance Beginner pickleball players refine their skills through structured training, purposeful practice, and guided gameplay.
Our focus is on developing proper technique, consistency, game IQ, and muscle memory through weekly development drills, Open Play, DUPR Nights, and community activities.
We believe every player deserves the opportunity to improve in a positive, supportive, and welcoming environment.
Recommended Skill Level:
• DUPR: 2.7–3.0
• Players without a DUPR rating are welcome through honest self-assessment or coach assessment.
