About PBCC Sunday Smashers
PBCC Sunday Smashers is more than just a pickleball club—it’s a community built on friendship, faith, and a shared love for the game.
Founded on April 12, 2026, the club began with a simple invitation from church couple Alju and John, who encouraged their fellow members of Praise Bible Community Church (PBCC) to give pickleball a try. What started as a fun afternoon activity quickly became something everyone looked forward to. The laughter, friendly competition, and genuine fellowship on the court inspired the group to make it a weekly tradition.
Since then, every Sunday afternoon has become a time to gather, play, learn, and grow together. Whether you’re picking up a paddle for the very first time or already have experience, PBCC Sunday Smashers welcomes players of all skill levels. Our goal is to create an encouraging environment where everyone can enjoy the sport, build meaningful friendships, stay active, and strengthen the bonds within our church family.
