Welcome to Pickle-Friendlies | Bandar Utama, where the rallies are lively, the laughs are plenty, and no one’s taking themselves too seriously (steady on now). We’re a friendly virtual club on Reclub, mostly playing at The Pickle Grounds (TPG), with the occasional wander about Bandar Utama and nearby courts when the mode strikes.
We run DUPR games most of the time, but let’s be clear: this isn’t about chest-thumping or throwing a wobbly over a missed dink. We’re big on friendliness, politeness, good manners, and having a proper good laugh, even while your DUPR rating quietly does its thing in the background. Think ‘competitive, but in a ‘nice one, matey’ sort of way’.
Our games are mainly catered for newbies, beginners, and advanced beginners, especially players below DUPR 3.0. So if you’re learning the ropes, finding your feet, or just trying not to clobber your partner with an over-enthusiastic swing, you’ll fit right in.
Our weekly staple is on Sundays from 6pm - 8pm at TPG, just like a good roast dinner, reliable and much loved.
We have random weeknight DUPR games pop up now and then, all in Reclub. Keep an eye out! First come, first served. No faffing about.
At the end of the day, we’re here to grow together as players and as a community where we keep things positive, and make pickleball in Bandar Utama a jolly good time. No drama. No dodgy behaviour. Just decent rallies, decent people, and the odd cheeky laugh along the way.
