Players will be grouped and matched through PickleQ to ensure balanced games, fair rotations, and maximum court time.

โข Rewards must be used within 2 weeks from the date they are awarded.
โข Rewards may be used for an upcoming PICKLE PANIC CLUB Open Play within the validity period.
โข Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
โข Rewards cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, voucher, or special offer.
โข Only one reward or discount may be applied per registration.
โข Unused rewards will expire after the 2-week validity period.
โ ๏ธ Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of play for check-in and match setup.

โข Players added to the WAITLIST must settle payment immediately to secure their slot.
โข Once payment has been sent, please upload your proof of payment in the event chat for verification.
โข Upon verification of payment, players will be moved from the WAITLIST to the PARTICIPANTS list.
โข Only paid players will be added to the PARTICIPANTS list.
โข Slots are confirmed on a FIRST PAID, FIRST CONFIRMED basis.
โข Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE but TRANSFERABLE to another player. Payments cannot be transferred or credited to a future open play.
โข Slot transfers must be coordinated with the organizers.
โข Unpaid slots may be released to other waitlisted players.
โข STRICTLY NO WALK-INS.

By joining this event, participants acknowledge that pickleball is a physical sport that carries inherent risks of injury. Players voluntarily participate at their own risk and agree that PICKLE PANIC CLUB and, its organizers, staff, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur before, during, or after the event.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to play and are encouraged to play within their skill level and personal limits.
