1. This is a non-profit club. All rules and regulations will be based on this fact.
2. To join a game/event, please make payment within the next 24 hours after you request to join for your spot to be confirmed. Your spot will only be confirmed when it’s confirmed. Any payment will be refunded in case of any mishap. If you got accepted from a waiting list, please make payment immediately.
3. Due to fixed split price per pax, we have no cancellation policy. In case you must miss the game, your spot can be replaced only by the members in the club.
4. All fees will be split equally (including balls and/or photographer) with no margin added but may include rounding up for convenient purposes.
5. Admin reserved the right to remove members from the group and/or from the game due to any behavior deemed inappropriate.
