To keep our courts fun and fair for everyone:

⏰ Be on time – Games start as scheduled; late players will join the next rotation.
🎒 Take care of your belongings – bring light and keep valuables safe.
🤝 Respect everyone – no rude language, no negative attitude, no blame on mistakes.
💦 Stay hydrated & safe – play smart and know your limits.
📸 Photos & videos may be taken – for club promotion and memories (shared with respect).
💚 Positive energy only – we believe in learning, not comparing.

为了让每位成员都能安全、愉快地享受比赛，请大家配合以下原则：

⏰ 准时到场 —— 比赛准时开始，迟到者将顺延安排上场。
🎒 爱护物品 —— 贵重物品自行保管，轻装上阵更自在。
🤝 尊重每个人 —— 不说脏话、不情绪化、不指责队友。
💦 注意安全与补水 —— 量力而为，保持体能。
📸 可能进行拍照或录影 —— 仅用于俱乐部宣传与回忆，会尊重个人形象。
