• No refund policy – please confirm your attendance before making payment.
• If you can’t join, you may find a replacement or sell your slot yourself.
• Host may help, only when it’s full slot and the cancelling participant must announce the slot in the group to avoid scams (host will let you know when).
• Replacement players will transfer the fee directly to the cancelling player for transparency & trust.

• If you’d like to share your own session/court/WTS, please contact host/admin for approval.
• Once approved, your post may stay up to 24 hours (host may remove if needed).
