Open Play Guidelines
Good day, and welcome to the SKY PLAY Pickleball Club!
We are excited to have you join our growing pickleball community. Please read and follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth, fair, and enjoyable playing experience for everyone.
🏓 Open Play Schedule
(4 COURTS)
MONDAY-THURSDAY AND SUNDAY 6:00PM-10:00PM
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY
6:00PM-10:00PM
10:00PM-2:00AM
Playing Duration: 4 hours
The playing time officially begins at exactly 6:00 PM, regardless of whether the player is already on the court or has arrived late.
🌧️ Weather Suspension & Refund Policy
In case play is suspended due to rain or other unavoidable weather conditions, the following refund guidelines will apply:
• No refund will be provided if a player is unable to attend the open play session or failed to notify beforehand. However, the player may transfer their slot to another willing participant.
• No refund will be provided for stoppage of play after 8:00 PM.
• ₱100 refund will be provided if play is suspended due to rain after 6:30 PM.
• ₱50 refund will be provided if play is suspended due to rain after 7:30 PM.
Refunds are based on the remaining playable time affected by weather interruption.
🏓 Open Play Rules
• The court is beginner-friendly and welcomes players of all skill levels.
• Our goal is to build a fun, respectful, and supportive Sky Play Pickleball Community.
• To ensure equal playing opportunities for everyone, games will be played using 11-point straight scoring.
• Paddle stacking will be implemented to organize court rotation and match players with similar skill levels, ensuring fair and enjoyable games.
💳 Slot Reservation & Payment
• Payment confirms and reserves your open play slot.
• Players must upload their proof of payment in the chat box to secure their reservation.
• Slots are considered confirmed only after payment verification.
