📌 Club Guidelines
⏰ Arriving Late
To keep games running smoothly and fairly, players who arrive after the session starts will be added into the rotation at the next available opportunity.
💳 Booking Confirmation
For paid sessions, your spot is only confirmed after payment has been received. Until then, your registration remains pending and may be released if the session becomes full.
🚫 Cancellation & Refunds
Please plan carefully before joining.
Session fees are non-refundable and non-transferable for no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or weather-related changes unless stated otherwise by the organiser.
⚠️ Play at Your Own Risk
By joining our sessions, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.
Soft Serve Club and its organisers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur before, during, or after the session.
🎒 Personal Belongings
Please keep an eye on your own belongings. Soft Serve Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

We’re here to create a welcoming and enjoyable community for everyone.
Please treat fellow players, organisers, and venue staff with respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, repeated unsportsmanlike behaviour, or any actions that negatively affect others may result in removal from the session or future events.
📸 Photos & Videos
We may take photos or videos during our sessions for community updates and social media.
By participating, you agree that images or videos featuring you may be used for promotional purposes.

As our club grows, session fees, formats, benefits, and community guidelines may change from time to time. Any updates will be communicated when necessary.
