APPLICATION PROCEDURE
• Submit a request to join the session.
• Once marked as "Waitlisted" you may now proceed with payment.
• Complete your payment to secure your spot.
• Send or upload your payment receipt in the group chat.
• Once your payment has been verified, your slot is officially secured.
GAME FORMAT:
• Games are played up to 11 points ( Sudden death)
• Player rotation will be managed through the PickleQ App for a smooth and fair playing experience, . No "play for serve", instead we use "bato, bato, pick" to maximize court time and keep games moving efficiently.
• No change of ends when the score reaches 6
HOUSE RULES:
•Payments are non-refundable, but your slot is transferable. If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your slot to another player. Finding a replacement will be the responsibility of the registered
player.
•Please notify the organizers as soon as possible if you can no longer make it so your slot may be offered to someone on
the waiting list.
• This is an Open Play, not a tournament. Let's keep the games fun, respectful, and
welcoming for everyone. Good
