Designed for women who know it’s time to take care of their bodies before aches, stiffness, and “why does my knee do that?” become the norm.
Sessions focus on light kettlebells, low-impact intervals, balance, and mobility. No jumping, no pressure, and absolutely no keeping up with anyone else.
