Flag football is a variant of American football where, instead of tackling players to the ground, the defensive team must remove a flag or flag belt from the ball carrier to end a down, and contact is limited between players.
Come join our flag football team and train with us for free, no experience needed and it’s FREE!
We train at 📍 the USJ 11 Subang Jaya field every Saturday at 4pm! Newbies, women, men, non-binary, they/them, old and young.... basically EVERYONE IS WELCOMED (if you are below the age of 16, we would prefer to get your parental/guardian consent).
We train for yearly tournaments and scrimmages organised by our registered flag football association called Malaysian American Football Association (IG: flagfootball_malaysia).
