House Rules (Read Before Joining)
1. Confirmed Means Confirmed
Only come if your name is on the Confirmed list.
Not on the list = do not show up “just in case”.
Courts are booked, numbers are fixed, and surprises are not cute.
2. Confirmed = You Show Up
If you are on the Confirmed list, you are expected to turn up.
No-show without a valid reason = full session fee payable, as if you played.
3. No-Show Penalty Has Teeth
Failure to pay the no-show penalty will result in automatic suspension from future sessions until payment is received.
This is not personal. It’s logistics.
Additional penalties may apply at the host’s discretion (because adulthood).
4. Late Cancellation = Still a Problem
Last-minute cancellations (especially after courts are booked) may be treated as a no-show unless a replacement is found.
Emergencies happen. Patterns are noticed.
5. Respect the Rotation
No court-hogging, no selective amnesia when it’s your turn to rest, no disappearing acts when weaker players rotate in.
Everyone pays. Everyone plays.
6. Play Hard, Don’t Be a Jerk
Competitive rallies welcome.
Tantrums, racket throwing, coaching without consent, or sulking like a disappointed toddler are not.
7. Host’s Call Is Final
The host manages courts, rotation, and disputes.
Debate is fine. Arguing after a decision is made is not.
We are very friendly, very reasonable, and very consistent.
If you’re looking for a group where “I’ll see how I feel” is a valid commitment strategy — please see other clubs.
Penalties #
If you have been no-show several times. Sadly, you will be removed and banned from the group.
