🏓 PLAY GUIDELINES & HOUSE RULES
1. RESERVE YOUR SLOT
• First come, first served
• Slots are confirmed only upon payment
2. PLAY FEE
• ₱150 per head — 4 hours of play
• Payment confirms your slot
• Payment cut-off: 1:00 PM on game day
3. PAYMENT POLICY
• GCash payment only
• Unpaid slots after the cut-off will be released to waitlisted players
4. WAITLIST POLICY
• Waitlisted players will only pay once confirmed
• Check the group chat for slot updates after the cut-off
5. CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations must be made on or before 1:00 PM on game day
• Late cancellation = ₱50 fee
6. COURT ALLOCATION
• 21–30 players: 3 courts
• 11–20 players: 2 courts
• 10 players or below: 1 court
7. NO REFUND / NO RESCHEDULE
• All payments are final
• If unable to attend, you may find your own replacement, subject to organizer approval
8. PLUS ONES
• Allowed only if slots are still available
• Please coordinate with the organizers first
9. OPEN PLAY FORMAT
• All skill levels are welcome!
• Mixed games to encourage learning, fun, and community building
10. COURT COURTESY
• Respect everyone’s game time
• Rotate fairly after each game
• Keep the court clean and dispose of trash properly
11. BRING YOUR OWN GEAR
• Players are encouraged to bring their own paddle
• Balls will be provided by the club
