Women are especially encouraged to attend, and if you’re a UHD student interested in joining the team, this is the perfect chance to introduce yourself and get to know us.
Our open gyms are open to everyone, regardless of school affiliation. For everyone’s safety and to keep play enjoyable, we do ask that participants have a basic understanding of volleyball fundamentals and gameplay.
