Monday: Development Women
Priority is for all women who signed up for Development League!
Secondly if there are still spaces: D3 men can sign up and join day prior from 11am!
Tuesday: Fundamentals training for all beginners and early intermediates. Focus on drills like ball control, serve, spike.
Wednesday: Development Men
Priority is for all men who signed up for Development League!
Secondly if there are still spaces: D3 women can sign up and join day prior from 11am!
Thursday: mixed intermediates 5x1 rotation
Saturday: Social mix (paused)
Open for all genders and levels!
