09 Pickle Club, the court owners, management, and staff will not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings that may occur before, during, or after the session.
Players are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and able to participate. If you have any existing injury, medical condition, or physical limitation, please participate only if you are comfortable doing so.
Any damage to the venue, court, or equipment caused by negligence or improper use may be charged to the participant responsible.
