Bend Your Knees Tennis Club
At Bend Your Knees Tennis Club, we turn the sport’s most repeated piece of advice into a way of life. Founded on the belief that great
tennis starts from the ground up, our club is dedicated to players who aren't afraid to get low, work hard, and stay in the rally.

Our Philosophy
Whether you’re a beginner learning your first split-step or a seasoned vet chasing down a drop shot, we emphasize athleticism, technique, and longevity. We know that "bending your knees" isn't just about hitting a better forehand—it’s about the hustle, the commitment to every point, and the foundation of a powerful game.

What We Offer
The "Low-Ball" Clinics: Specialty drills focused on court coverage, weight transfer, and mastering those tricky low volleys.

Performance Shell & Hard Courts: Professionally maintained surfaces designed to be easy on your joints while rewarding your footwork.

The Foundation Program: Coaching for juniors and adults that prioritizes core strength and proper mechanics to prevent injury.

Social Matchplay: A vibrant community of members who take the game seriously but never miss a chance for a post-match laugh.
