Dink! Ang Bato started with a simple idea in mind: to bring people together through a sport that we all enjoy.

But more than just organizing games and open plays, what we really want is to build a community where everyone feels welcome, regardless of their skill level.

We know that not everyone starts as a good player. We all miss easy shots, make silly mistakes, lose games, and have days when nothing seems to go right. And that's perfectly okay! We don't want anyone to feel ashamed or judged just because they're still learning. We've all been beginners at some point.

We want this to be a space where you can play without being afraid of making mistakes, where people encourage rather than criticize, and where everyone gets the chance to learn, improve, and enjoy the game at their own pace.

Of course, we love a good, competitive game. But we also believe that we can be competitive without making others feel small. There's room for improvement, friendly competition, and genuine friendships all at the same time.

At the end of the day, we hope Dink! Ang Bato becomes more than just a group you play pickleball with. We hope it becomes a community you're happy to come back to, where you meet good people, create memories, and grow not just as players but as friends.

We're not here to be the best. We're here to get better together.
