📋 BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
- Slots are subject to availability.
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment verification.
- Proof of payment is required.

2. STRICT NO REFUND POLICY
- All confirmed payments are final and non-refundable for voluntary cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows, except where required by law.
- Unused playing time is non-refundable.

3. REBOOKING POLICY
- Rebooking requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.
- Only one (1) rebooking is allowed per reservation.
- New schedules must be within 7 calendar days of the original booking.
- All requests are subject to slot availability and management approval.

4. LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
- Bookings made less than 12 hours before the session are final.
- Standard rebooking privileges do not apply.
- Please confirm your availability before paying.

5. EMERGENCY REBOOKING
- Genuine emergencies may qualify for a one-time exception.
- Players must notify our admin team before the scheduled session begins.
- Approval is subject to management discretion and slot availability.
- Approved rebookings must be used within 7 calendar days of the original session.
- Personal scheduling conflicts and changes of mind are not considered emergencies.
- Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session.
- Late arrivals may only play during their remaining scheduled time.
- No-shows will forfeit their slots, except where required by law.
- No extensions will be provided.

7. PLAYER CONDUCT & SAFETY
- Respect fellow players, staff, and facilities.
- Proper sports attire and non-marking court shoes are recommended.
- Follow all venue rules and staff instructions.
- Unsafe or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the session.

8. MANAGEMENT CANCELLATIONS
- Schedules may change due to operational or safety concerns.
- If HEY! Philippines cancels a session or cannot provide the booked service, affected players will receive appropriate rebooking or refund options in accordance with applicable law.
