Midnight Dinkers is the ultimate late-night pickleball community for anyone whose daytime schedule is packed. If your calendar only opens up when the sun goes down, grab your paddle and join us under the lights!

📌 What we do: Late-night matches, friendly competition, and zero daytime stress.
1. Payment Method
* Payment is GCash only. No other payment methods will be accepted.
* Please upload the receipt under the Payment tab. If you are paying for two or more scheduled open plays (OP), PLEASE include the specific dates. For example, if you paid for three days of OP, kindly list all three dates on the receipt.
* For plus-one payments, please upload the receipt with both players’ names clearly indicated. However, if you have already paid and uploaded your receipt and wish to add a follow-up plus-one later, PLEASE send the receipt directly to the admins instead of uploading it again, as doing so will overwrite your first upload.
2. Confirmation of Slot
* A slot is only confirmed once payment is made. If you are still on the "Request" list, please do NOT pay yet.
* Confirmed = Paid.
3. Waitlist Policy
* Requests for slots must not be paid until you are moved to the waitlist and instructed to do so.
* Players on the waitlist must pay to confirm their slot once notified. Unpaid waitlist slots will not be held.
* If the slot is already full, please do NOT send payment. Instead, message us privately so we can add you to our waitlist.
4. Request Policy
* Requests for slots must not be paid until you are moved to the waitlist and instructed to do so.
5. Refund & Transfer Policy
* All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Payments are TRANSFERABLE to another player (subject to organizer approval).
6. Cancellation Policy
* No cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of your scheduled play time.
* Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of payment.
