Welcome to the M.Net Social Club. By joining and participating in this community, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Purpose
M.Net Social Club is a community created to bring people together through sports and social activities. Our main focus is to connect, play, and grow together while building closer relationships with our customers.
2. Buying & Selling
* Members are allowed to sell and buy items related to padel (e.g., rackets, gear, accessories).
* Members are also allowed to sell or transfer court bookings within the group.
* M.Net Social Club is not responsible for any disputes, damages, scams, or losses arising from such transactions. All deals are strictly between buyer and seller.
3. Events & Promotions
* All official events and meetups are managed through Reclub by M.Net Social Club admins.
* Members may not create or share their own events/meetups in this group or on Reclub without prior approval.
* Members may not promote other clubs, events, or brands unless they have received admin approval.
* We welcome collaborations and partnerships — please contact us directly to discuss.
4. Club Management Rules
* Be respectful to all members — no hate speech, bullying, or harassment.
* Stay on topic: discussions should relate to sports, padel, and our community.
* Admins reserve the right to remove posts, comments, or members that violate these rules.
* The club may update these T&C at any time to ensure a safe and positive environment.
5. Liability
M.Net Social Club and M.Net as a company are not liable for:
* Injuries during sports events.
* Damages or disputes related to buying/selling equipment or courts.
* Any actions of members outside the scope of official club activities.
