How to join our open plays?
To ensure a fair and well-organized experience for all participants, our club operates on a Pay to Join basis.
Registration is confirmed only after payment has been received. Players who have not completed payment will not be included in the official player list.
A 24-hour cancellation freeze applies before the start of every event. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your slot to a replacement player. Any payment arrangement with the replacement player is the responsibility of the registered participant. Please notify the organizers of the replacement before the event so the player list can be updated.

-Minimize last-minute cancellations and empty courts.
-Provide waitlisted players with a fair opportunity to participate.
