The Court Collective House Rules
• General Conduct
1. Respect all players, regardless of level or experience.
2. Maintain a composed and sportsmanlike attitude at all times.
3. Punctuality is expected, late arrivals may forfeit their slot.
• On-Court Etiquette
1. Warm up efficiently and respect session time.
2. Avoid excessive delays between points.
3. Call balls fairly and clearly.
4. Maintain court awareness and prioritize safety.
5. Encourage competitive spirit without compromising respect.
• Session Discipline
1. Rotation system must be followed as assigned.
2. Players are expected to complete their allocated matches.
3. Substitutions or early exits should be communicated to the host.
• Booking and Payment Policy
1. All Sessions operate on a First Pay, First Serve basis.
2. Slots are confirmed only upon completed payment.
3. Unpaid reservations will not be held.
4. Cancellations are subject to session policy and timing.
5. No shows may affect future booking priority.
• Membership Policy
To preserve the quality and character of The Court Collective, membership and participation are subject to ongoing curation.
The Court Collective reserves the right to evaluate all members and participants to ensure alignment with the club’s values, standards, and community culture.
Individuals who are deemed to consistently demonstrate behavior that disrupts the playing environment, undermines respect among members, or detracts from the experience may be subject to restriction or removal from the club.
This measure is not taken lightly, but is essential in maintaining a refined, balanced, and enjoyable environment for all members.
