🟡黃隊 穩定成長場（練球、穩定進步）
🔵藍隊 混搭社交場（社交、健康樂活）
🔴紅隊 對戰質感場（DUPR提升、比賽）
球敍以［基本動作熱身］開始，
接著安排［雙打友誼賽］。有記錄的成績，提交累積DUPR。
最後各組自由排拍，以球會友
