We're thrilled to see our pickleball community growing and so many enthusiastic players joining each week! To keep our sessions organized, fair, and fun for everyone, please take a moment to review the guidelines below.

These help us manage bookings smoothly and ensure everyone gets a chance to play. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!

Pickleball Session Guidelines (please read 😊):

1. To join, confirm your attendance via Reclub.

2. All bookings and confirmations are done through Reclub only.

3. Pay-first policy. Only pay if you are approved by the admin. Your slot is only confirmed once proof of payment is sent before the game.

4. Only players confirmed and approved by the admin in Reclub will be considered official players for the day.

5. Maximum of 20 players per session only.

6. If you have plus ones, they're welcome as long as slots are still available — same rules apply.

7. Unconfirmed players in Reclub cannot join the game. Walk-in is allowed only if # of players is less than 20

8. Refunds/Pondo are only given for emergency cancellations (please be honest and fair 🙏).

9. This is a friendly and fun game — were all here to enjoy and have a good time 🏓😄

10. NO SMOKING, DRINKING (alcoholic beverages), or any inappropriate behavior on the court. Let's keep it family-friendly and respectful to everyone.

11. Admins may decline, if necessary, remove players who repeatedly commit offenses or fail to follow the rules and guidelines.
