🚫 No-Show & Refund Policy

* If you can’t attend, mark “Can’t Go” on ReClub before Open Play starts and notify the APC admin.
* Refunds are subject to APC admin approval and are not automatic.
* Failure to mark “Can’t Go” before the session starts will result in a NO-SHOW, and your payment will be non-refundable.

💧 Court Amenities & Reminders

* Free drinking water, toilet, and shower room are available.
* The court is outdoors, so play may be affected by weather conditions.
