OPEN PLAY – REGISTRATION NOTES

💰 FEE & PLAYER LIMIT

* ₱150 per player
* Maximum of 16 players per session
* Payment is required to secure your slot.

📌 REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

* Submit your join request through ReClub. All requests start on the waitlist.
* Your slot is confirmed only after payment is verified.
* Upload your proof of payment in the ReClub Payment tab.
* For cash payments, inform the APC admin immediately.
* Wait for confirmation before assuming your slot is secured.

🚫 CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

* If you can’t attend, mark “Can’t Go” on ReClub before the session starts and notify the admin.
* Refunds require admin review and approval.
* Failure to mark “Can’t Go” before the session starts and not attending will be considered a NO-SHOW. Payment is non-refundable.
* Update your attendance early to give other players a chance to take your slot.

💧 AMENITIES

* Free drinking water
* Toilet and shower room available

🌤️ WEATHER POLICY

* APC is an outdoor court.
* Heavy rain or unsafe conditions may result in cancellation or rescheduling. The admin will notify affected players.
