📌 IMPORTANT INFORMATION
⏰ Late Arrivals
Late arrivals will be rotated in last to ensure fair court rotation and minimal disruption to ongoing games.
💳 Session Confirmation
For sessions requiring payment, your spot is only secured once payment has been received and your name has been moved to the Confirmed Participants list.
🚫 Refund Policy
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for no-shows, late cancellations, or weather-related disruptions unless otherwise stated by the organiser.
⚠️ Play At Your Own Risk
All participants join and play at their own risk. Waddle Pickleball, its organisers, hosts, and partners shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or accident occurring before, during, or after a session.
🎒 Personal Belongings
Players are responsible for their own belongings. Please keep valuables secure at all times.
🤝 Respect & Sportsmanship
We are committed to maintaining a positive and welcoming environment. Unsportsmanlike behaviour, harassment, discrimination, or repeated misconduct may result in temporary or permanent suspension from Waddle activities.
📸 Media Consent
Photos and videos may be captured during sessions for promotional, social media, and community purposes. By participating in Waddle sessions, you consent to the use of such content.
💸 Pricing & Policies
Session fees, formats, benefits, and club policies may be revised from time to time without prior notice as the club continues to grow and improve.
