📝 HOW TO JOIN

1. Request to join the session via Reclub.
2. Our team will review your profile and playing level.
3. Eligible players will be moved to the Waitlisted list.
4. Once placed on the Waitlisted list, kindly check the Confirmed Participants list to ensure slots are still available before proceeding with payment.
5. If the session is full, DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT. Kindly check with any of our hosts to confirm slot availability first.
6. Once payment is received and verified, your name will be moved to the Confirmed Participants list.

If the session is full and you are placed on the waitlist, kindly wait for an available slot or check with our hosts before making payment.

• Confirmed players who are unable to attend are responsible for finding a replacement from the waitlist.
• Slot transfers and payment arrangements should be handled directly between players.
• If you are unable to find a replacement, please inform the host as early as possible. We will do our best to assist in promoting your slot, although replacement cannot be guaranteed.
