‼️Important Rules for Novice Tournament (3.0 & Below 3.0 DUPR)‼️:
• Players with a tournament win (trophy in their account) cannot partner with another tournament winner.
• Players who have won multiple Novice tournaments (2 or more) cannot join.
• Players who have previously won an Intermediate or higher tournament are not eligible.

DUPR Eligibility:
• Players’ DUPR will be based on the highest rating recorded since 1/4/25.
• Players must have DUPR rating of 3.0 & below and must have at least 50% reliability. (3.0 covers everything from 3.001 to 3.099). No rating (NR) is not eligible.
• Players must submit their DUPR profile link to Captain’s Chat for verification.

👉 New addition rules for tournament wins:
• Wins from private events with restricted access, or publicly recorded events with fewer than 6 teams, or a total prize pool under RM300, or team-based and singles tournaments do not count as official tournament wins.
-> meaning if your past win does not counted as official tournament win (e.g. private event, less participants, low prize pool, team event), you are allow to partner with a podium winner.

General Rules 📝 :
1. Players must register at least 30 minutes before the tournament starts and report to their designated courts on time. A 10-minute late arrival results in a forfeit (no-show).
2. Open to all players with Reclub ID (a clear picture of yours for identification, not animation / pets / objects /cars / or group photos) that sync to a DUPR account.
3. Matches will be submitted to DUPR.

Payment & register ®️ :
1. Registration fee: RM150 per team.
2. Payment method: Transfer via TNG eWallet to 016-7777712 (LEE JIA JI) and upload the receipt to the general chat to secure your slot.
3. Teams are confirmed only after payment is received.
4. First paid, first served.

Prize 💰: (Updated for 30 teams)
Champion RM600 cash + medal
1st runner up RM300 cash + medal
2nd runner up RM200 cash + medal


Tournament Format (Quick Overview):
• 24 teams divided into 4 groups of 6 teams randomly.
• Group stage: Round-robin, 13 rally points, sudden death, no serve to win.
• Top 2 teams from each group advance to Quarterfinals.
• Quarterfinals: 15 rally points, serve to win at 14-14.
• Semifinals, 3rd place & Finals: 21 rally points, serve to win at 20-20.
We have upgraded your playing experience! 🪧 For SF, 3rd Place, Final, matches will be played on GPA Grand Stand Court, depending weather conditions.

*If the number of registrations exceeds expectations, an additional pool will be added. In this case, 10 teams will advance to the next stage. The last 4 seeded teams will have to play an extra match to secure a spot in the quarterfinals.


Declaration‼️:
1. The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event if there are not enough participants.
2. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided to all registered teams.
3. If the event is postponed, registered teams can choose to either retain their slot for the new date or request a full refund.
4. Registration fees is NOT refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
5. Prizes may be adjusted if total registrations are below than the targeted number of teams.
6. The organizer reserves the right to modify the rules and format if necessary.
