🏆 Prize
▪︎1st Place: The winning team receives two original Juciao T700 Carbon Fibre Pickleball Paddles (one paddle per player), valued at RM150 each. There are no other prizes.

👥 Player Eligibility
To be eligible to join, all players must meet the following criteria:
▪︎Team Format: Open to Men's, Women's, and Mixed Doubles (MD/WD/XD). There are no separate divisions.
▪︎DUPR Rating: Must be between 2.00 - 3.00. All match results will be submitted to DUPR.
▪︎Account Photo: Accounts without a profile photo will not be accepted.
▪︎Account Integrity: Using a fake account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

✅ How to Register
▪︎Form a Team: Create a 2-person team and message the host to begin the process.
▪︎Wait for DUPR Check: Your team's DUPR rating will be verified. Please be patient and do not spam the chat while waiting for confirmation.
▪︎Make Payment: Once your team is approved, pay the registration fee via TnG to 010-2583318 (Leong Bik Yoke).
▪︎Confirm Your Slot: You must pay the registration fee to secure your spot. Your team is only confirmed once payment is received.

Important Notes:

▪︎Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.
▪︎Entry Rights: The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any team.

🗓️ Tournament Day: Format & Schedule
▪︎Check-In Time: All players must arrive for registration by 3:45 PM.

Punctuality:
▪︎If a player is more than 15 minutes late for check-in, the entire team will be disqualified.
▪︎Failure to appear at your assigned court when a match is called will result in a forfeit ("no-show").

Tournament Structure:
▪︎Total Teams: 8 teams, divided into 2 groups of 4.

Group Stage:
▪︎Format: Round Robin. Each team will play the other teams in their group twice (for a total of 6 matches).
▪︎Scoring: Games are to 13 points using rally scoring (sudden death).

Finals:
Advancement: The top team from each group advances to the final.
▪︎Scoring: The final match is also played to 13 points with rally scoring and sudden death.

📜 Key Rules & Policies
Officiating: All matches are self-officiated. Players are responsible for calling scores, making line calls, and resolving disputes respectfully.

Paddle Requirements:
▪︎Paddles are not required to be USA Pickleball (USAPA) approved but must be commercially made and cannot be homemade or have DIY modifications.
▪︎The hitting surface must not be altered.
▪︎Lead tape on the paddle's edge is permitted.
