📜 General Rules
1. All players must register before the tournament and report to their designated courts on time.
⏰ Late arrival of more than 10 minutes will be considered a forfeit (no-show).
2. Open to all players with a valid Reclub ID featuring a clear personal photo (no avatars, pets, group shots, objects, etc.).
3. Reclub profile must be linked to a DUPR account.

🏓 Tournament Format (Quick Overview)
• Teams: 12 teams divided into 4 groups of 3 (random draw)
Group stage format: Double Round-Robin
4️⃣ Each Team plays: 4 matches
2️⃣ Each Opponent faced: 2 times
2️⃣ Top 2 of each group will advance to QFs
⚖️ Tiebreaker Priority:
H2H wins > Score Diff > H2H Diff > Total Score

🔢 Scoring system:
• Group Stage: Double Round-robin
15 rally points | Sudden Death
• Quarterfinals: Knockout
15 rally points, Serve to win at 14-14
• Semifinals, 3rd Place, Finals: KO
21 rally points, Serve to win at 20-20

1. Organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event if minimum participation is not met.
2. In case of cancellation, full refunds will be provided.
3. If postponed, teams may either retain their slot or request a refund.
4. Registration fees are non-refundable, unless the event is postponed or cancelled.
5. Prizes may be adjusted if the total number of registered teams is lower than expected.
6. Organizers reserve the right to adjust rules and format if necessary.
