👥 Player & Team Requirements
▪Team Format: Open to Men's, Women's, and Mixed Doubles teams (MD/WD/XD). No separate divisions.
▪DUPR Rating: All players must have a DUPR rating between 2.00 and 3.09.
▪DUPR Reliability: Your DUPR reliability score must be above 60% (unless you are a regular player in our games).
▪Profile Photo: A selfie profile photo on your ReClub account is mandatory.
▪Results: All match results will be officially submitted to DUPR.

✅ How to Register
1) Join this comp by forming a 2-person team AND both members to submit the official Registration Form here: https://pickleballjunkies.org/tournament-30-aug-2025/116/. Message the host once you have done these.
2) Wait for Verification: We will check your team's DUPR ratings. DO NOT PAY YET.
3) Make Payment: Once your team's DUPR rating is checked, pay the registration fee via TNG to 0102583318 (Leong Bik Yoke). We will communicate this in the Captain's chat.
4) Confirmation: Your team's slot is only secured after payment is confirmed.

🗓 Tournament Day Schedule & Format
▪Check-in Deadline: 2:40 PM. Teams will be disqualified if a member is more than 15 minutes late.
▪Games Begin: 3:00 PM sharp (no warm-up time on courts).

Schedule:
▪3:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Group Stage
▪4:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Playoffs (Quarterfinals, Semifinals, and Finals)

Tournament Structure:
▪Group Stage (32 Teams):
▪8 groups of 4 teams.
▪Games are to 13 points (rally scoring, sudden death).
▪Top 2 teams from each group advance.

Playoffs:
▪Round of 16: First to 13 points (rally scoring, sudden death).
▪Quarterfinals, Semifinals & 3rd Place: First to 15 points (rally scoring, sudden death).
▪Finals: Standard 0-0-2 best-of-3 games to 11 points.

Key Rules & Policies

Paddles:
▪Paddles do not need to be USAPA-approved.
▪They must be commercially made (no homemade paddles), and the hitting surface cannot be altered.

Officiating:
▪All matches (except Finals) are self-officiated (players make their own line calls). There will be linesmen for Finals.
▪The Finals match will have an umpire to call the score and kitchen faults.

Registration Fee:
▪Fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled by the organizers.
