Rules & Regulations

1. Registration
Category: Women’s Doubles Novice (DUPR 2.750 & Below)
Date: Sunday, 31st August 2025
Schedule: 1pm - 5pm
Venue: Pickle Human, Kepong
Total Teams: 30 Teams
Player eligibility: Open to all ages & international players
Registration Deadline: Friday, 29th August 2025
Organizer: C2 Asia & Pickle Junkie

2. Prizes
● Champion: RM800 + Medals
● 1st Runner-Up: RM350 + Medals
● 2nd Runner-Up: RM200 + Medals
*All participants will receive a pair of FELET socks as a doorgift*
*There will be a Lucky Draw paddle for participants only*

3. Eligibility
● Players are required to fill in the Google Form after registering your team on Reclub. After submitting the Google Form, we will verify both you & your partner’s DUPR account. Once approved, we will send you a confirmation text, you may then proceed to make payment to secure your slot.
● Players are required to join the “Pickle Junkie” club on the Reclub app & DUPR app to participate in this tournament.
● Players who have previously won any Intermediate or any higher level tournaments are ineligible to participate in this tournament.
● Players are required to have a clear picture of themselves on their Reclub account, and synced to their respective DUPR account.
● Players with no rating (NR) are ineligible to participate in this tournament.
● Players must have a DUPR rating of below 2.750 at the time of registration. If your rating increases after successful registration, you will still be allowed to compete.
● If at any point a player is found with multiple DUPR accounts, they will be disqualified & banned from participating in future tournaments. A report to DUPR will also be made.

4. Tournament Format
● Official Ball: Franklin X-40
● Total Teams: 30 Teams
● Grouping: 6 Groups of 5 teams each.
● Qualification: Top 2 of each group advance to the Knockouts. Total 12 teams qualify. Best 4 teams bypass to Quarters while the other 8 teams proceed with a Knockout Playoff for the remaining 4 spots for Quarters.
● Group Stage: First to 15 point rally scoring (Serve to win at 14-14).
● Knockout Playoffs: First to 15 point rally scoring (Serve to win at 14-14).
● Quarter-Finals: First to 15 point rally scoring (Serve to win at 14-14).
● Semi-Finals: First to 21 point rally scoring (Serve to win at 20-20).
● 3rd/4th & Final: First to 21 point rally scoring (Serve to win at 20-20).

5. Tournament Rules
General:
● Players must register at least 30 minutes before the official tournament start time.
● Matches will be submitted to DUPR.
Rule Adjustments:
● The Organizer/Tournament Director reserves the right to make any necessary rule changes before or during the tournament.
● The Organizer/Tournament Director reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event if there are not enough participants.
● Incase of cancellation, a full refund will be given to all registered teams.
● Incase of an event postponed, registered teams can choose to either retain their slot for the new date or request for a full refund.
● Registration fees are NOT refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
● Prizes may be adjusted if the total registered teams are below the targeted number of teams.
● For any matters not covered in this rules & regulation, the Organizer/Tournament Director will refer to USA Pickleball Official Rulebook as the guiding authority.

6. Payment
Registration fee: RM180 per team
Payment: Transfer via TNG eWallet at 0196468888 (MITCHELL CHEAH MIN JIE) and upload your receipt in the General Chat to secure your slot.
●Teams are confirmed only after payment is received, with transfer receipt.
●First paid, first served basis.
