💪🏻 Eligibility & DUPR Requirements
• Open to all age groups.
• Players must have an active DUPR rating of 3.3 or below, with ≥ 60% reliability at the time of registration.
• NR (No Rating) players are not eligible.
• Players must submit their DUPR ID upon registration and sync it with their Reclub ID.
• Fake or misleading accounts will result in immediate disqualification with no refund.
• All match results will be submitted to DUPR.

🏆 Tournament Format
Group Stage
• 28 teams will be randomly assigned into 4 pools of 7 teams.
• Format: Round-robin within each pool.
• Each match played to 15 points (rally scoring).
• Sudden death at 14–14 (no “serve to win”).
• Top 2 teams from each group will advance to Quarterfinals
Quarterfinals
• 15 points rally scoring.
• Serve to win at 14–14.
Semifinals & 3rd/4th Placement
• 21 points rally scoring.
• Serve to win at 20–20.
Final
• Best of 3 games to 21 points each.
• Serve to win at 20–20.

🧑⚖️ Match Officiating
• Umpires and Tournament Officials (TOs) will assist with scorekeeping and result submissions.
• Receiving side is responsible for making line calls and fault calls.
• All disputes must be handled respectfully. The organizer’s decision is final.

🕒 Timeouts & Injuries
• Semi-Finals & Finals: 1-minute timeout per team per match.
• Injury Time: Maximum 10 minutes per incident.
• Players unable to continue will be deemed to have withdrawn from the match.

⏰ Punctuality
• All teams must register at least 30 minutes before start time.
• A 5-minute grace period will be allowed.
• Late arrival beyond the grace period will result in walkover/forfeit.

• Proper sports attire and non-marking shoes are mandatory.
• Offensive or inappropriate clothing is strictly prohibited.
• No restrictions on paddle brands.

• Basic first aid will be available on-site.
• No ambulance or medical personnel will be on standby.
• Players are responsible for assessing their own fitness to participate.
• The organizer will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents during the event.
