📣 Organizer’s Declaration & Terms
1. Organizer reserves the right to cancel/postpone/modify the event.
2. In case of event cancellation, full refunds will be issued.
3. In case of postponement, participants may opt to retain their slot or request a refund.
4. No refund once payment is made unless as stated above.
5. By joining this event, you agree that photos and videos may be used by the Club for media and marketing purposes.

2. Basic First Aids is available.
3. Players are advised to participate only if they are fit to play. Please stop playing if you feel any discomfort during the event and seek medical attention immediately.

📋 Format & Regulations
Group Stage (2 Groups of 8 Teams)
15-point rally scoring, sudden death at 14–14
Each team plays 7 matches in the group stage
No court switching
No timeout allowed
Receiver makes line calls; server must call the score before each serve
After each match, report scores to court officials
In case of a disputed line call, the point must be replayed (re-serve)
Top 4 teams of each group advance to Knockout Stage

Knockout Stage (Quarterfinals – Final)
21-point rally scoring, win by serve at 20-20
Switch sides at 11th point
One 1-minute timeout per team
Receiver makes line calls; server must call the score before each serve
After each match, report scores to court officials
In case of dispute, replay the point (re-serve)
