The Kitchen Masters Crew is our MLP-inspired competition designed to test not just your individual ability, but how well you perform as a unit. This format rewards teams that are complete, composed, and capable under pressure.

I. Team Composition

Each team must consist of:
2 Men + 2 Women (4 Players Total)

No substitutes. No weak links.
Every player will be tested.

II. Tournament Format

Simple. Competitive. High intensity.

Pool Stage (Round Robin):

Teams will be grouped into pools and compete in:

• Men’s Doubles
• Women’s Doubles
• Mixed Doubles

Each team matchup consists of these three disciplines, with overall results determining standings.

Top 2 teams from each pool advance to the Knockout Stage.


Knockout Stage: The Nutcracker

The Top 4 teams move directly into the Semi Finals.

From here, the format shifts completely.

The Nutcracker – Rotational Singles

All 4 players compete in a rotational singles format, creating a fast, intense, and highly unpredictable battle. Momentum swings quickly, and every player must perform individually for the team to survive.

Lose, and you’re out.
Win, and you fight for the title.

III. Scoring Format

Built for pace and pressure.

Pool Stage:
• Rally scoring to 21
• Win by 2, cap at 30
• Teams switch sides at 11

Knockout Stage (Nutcracker):
• Rally scoring to 21
• Win by 2, cap at 30
• Teams switch sides at 11

Same scoring. Higher pressure. No margin for error.

• Registration is strictly by full teams only (4 players)
• No individual or free agent entries
• Limited team slots to maintain quality and flow

VI. Eligibility & Skill Level

This is a competitive event.

• Recommended: Intermediate to Advanced players
• Players must be comfortable in both doubles and singles scenarios
• Full understanding of rules and scoring is expected

This is not a beginner event.

VIII. Code of Conduct

All matches are self-officiated.

• Clear and loud line calls
• Proper score calling before every serve
• Respect for opponents and teammates
